The current 5-Year CIP and Annual Budget for FY 2017-2018 was adopted on June 22, 2017.
   
The General Services Department updates the city's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) document on an annual basis to reflect the city's work plan to provide improvements for the city's residents.

The CIP provides the basic details for any proposed capital improvement that the city desires to undertake in the next 5 years.  The CIP is used as a supplement to the city's annual budget and identifies potential funding sources and expenditures for capital projects.
