On Oct 2, 2018, the City of Citrus Heights was divided into a Two-Beat Model, north and south of Auburn Blvd. and Old Auburn Blvd. (Please see the map below.) Lieutenant Herman and Lieutenant Baldwin will oversee both Beats as the Watch Commanders. They will focus on problem-solving, crime prevention, and innovative ways to strategically make a difference in our community.
